[Lolski Tried] OLAY DEEP SEA ALGAE SKINFUSION MASKS

This week I purchased new sheet masks for my routine, at least once in two-three days, to keep my skin healthy and supple. It's the Olay Skinfusion Masks. Of all masks type, my favourite is sheet mask, for it's practicality. The least favourite is the peel off kind >.< Well maybe I haven't tried ones that suitable for me. With deep sea algae extract I choose the one with sea algae extract because once I went to a spa, and get a sea algae mask, it was refreshing! With this sheet mask, they also have the same effect. I like that it has so much product, I can rub and spread the essence on my neck as well. The after effect, it made my skin so moist. I rinsed after, I always rinse after masking, I have this super oily skin that I'm afraid it could cause a break out the next morning (some do, even after water rinsing) After a week using this, I feel my face felt quite moisted and fresh. I would love to try the other - Olay Skinfusion Masks have three variant.  While usi...

#FashionEdit: Keeping it in 2021! - Denim Top

How is everyone doing? I hope you guys are staying safe and healthy all the time.  One of the perks of "slowing down" on your activities (I am doing 90% of things at home recently, thanks to WFH), is that I have time, more than ever, to take care of things at home. Fashion edits being on of my favourite^^ In summary, I have lots of clothes, I live in a two floors house, and I have clothing storage in both floors. Some I keep because it was full of great memories when wearing them, some because I keep all the things that still in a good shape and colours, and try to wear them in dozens of different ways. This way I get creative, and also try to slow down on purchasing new items. For this post, is the one I bought last year. A top made from denim fabric, bought it at one of the factory outlet in Bandung (forgot which one), the label is M.n.t One of little numbers of denim clothing I owned, and loving! Disclaimer: This photo might not reflect the new item colour, because it has ...

CNY Outfit Plan

CNY is coming tomorrow, although I don’t personally celebrate, many of my friends do. For this year, almost definitely that I would spend it at home. And maybe some of you are too, so let's prepare that #GreetingsFromHome together with nice and in-theme style.  Two things that remind me of CNY, Cheongsam, and the color red. By desktop research, I also find that bright colors are ideal options. Again, since I am not celebrating, yet I want to respect my friends and personally I just find being in-theme is so much fun, so I always have some Cheongsam inspired clothing in my wardrobe.   And for this time, I picked a top from Dhievine Batik , that I purchased a while ago, and never had a chance to wear it. Usually I would wear Batik for Friday at the office, or any day meetings. And, from the reference I see, the Cheongsam would be body-fit, this one is not, but still showing a little bit of shape^^ Disclaimer: I took the photos on wooden material background, hence there...

Weekend activity ideas - Horse Riding

One of the perks of my job is being able to create activities while visiting some of the coolest places in the country, and abroad. This year, during the pandemic, we tried to slow down, and if we must do activities, we do it under a strict health and safety protocols. Last week me and a group of participants went to Anantya Riding Club , for a short horse riding course. Horse riding was not a new thing for me, but I had never done it during my grown up moments, so it was kind of fun and therapeutic, seeing the beautiful horses. Disclaimer: I visited Anantya Riding Club for work (as the event sponsor) with a group of adults in the middle of the week, at the end of January 2021, hence the situation and experience may differ.  Anantya Riding Club is located in Gunung Putri, Bogor. You can google search and get the official website, along with the address.  As we enter the venue, I saw some horses on the grass field, and I got very excited. I always like animals, the fu...

Private dining experience in the #newnormal

Two weeks ago was my sister in law's birthday. We want to do something nice, we are all bunch of foodies so we decided to go for super early dinner. Thankful for some friends whom shared some references of some locations that we thought were quite comfortable to go and enjoy during this #newnormal time We decided to book a dining session at a Japanese restaurant called Furusato Izakaya , located in Sudirman area in Jakarta, for 5pm dine in, because we thought that it would be less crowded. And it was a private dining, so we felt more comfortable. They did inform us that it was 2 hour period of booking, which was fine by us, because we rarely stayed long in public areas these days. My mom looked super chic at the entrance^^ The restaurant reminded me of a traditional Japanese restaurant. The private dining area was located at the second floor. From the moment we walked in, the clean and health facility was satisfying such as liquid disinfectant, distance signage, people wearing mask...

#stayathome inspires me to do this

Many things happen since March 2020. Learning to be comfortable at your own home is one of them. Now as the #stayathome becoming one of the normal things, I have develop many likings, many of them involve fashion and make-up. Yes, dressing up while you are at home, a bit unusual. It's just now I have more time (from the reduced travelling time when I was still working from the office) to put on my make up, and dressing more...nice. haha! That's me, trying to get some afternoon sun with my long-lost ALDO sunnies! I will be continuing to write more about things I do at home, maybe share pics on fashion, make up, home decorating and everything else in between, from my lovely home, at Jakarta, Indonesia. Stay safe and healthy!
